Our Board

The Board leads the club and is elected by the membership at the General Assembly every two years.

The MRRC has honoured the following members with the title of Honorary President:

• Alfred Pohlan† (since 1993), Founding President and Chairman from 1985 to 1993
• Rainer Scherer (since 2002), Chairman from 1994 to 2002
• Knut Kress (since 2008), Chairman from 2004 to 2008
• Arno Schott (since 2026), member of the Board almost continuously since 1989
